In Lukač's house in Croatia, 28 people registered?!

Although the Independent Board of the PFBiH decided on November 18 that Dragan Lukač is the best candidate for the head of the FUP for the next four years, and through the Federal MUP forwarded this proposal to the Government, the Government has nevertheless never taken a position on this, writes the Patria news agency.

A well-thought-out plan to re-appoint Dragan Lukač, the current director of the FUP, to this position was thwarted by the media reporting on all the inconsistencies during his re-appointment, so the FBiH Government requested additional checks.

It is an open secret that Lukač does not have any conversations with any of his high-ranking, and at the same time closest associates, not even with those who were endlessly loyal to him. Many high-ranking FUP officials are in legal disputes with Lukač due to the issuance of various retroactive decisions, suspensions, retirements, etc...

However, many of them also wonder how it is possible that Lukač still uses the official car and MTS equipment, and often travels to neighboring Croatia with the official car.

Namely, in Osijek (Croatia), in Murska Street, Lukač has a family house, and according to Patria's findings, 28 people are registered there!.

The re-appointment of Lukač to the position of FUP director was most "pushed" by Bakir Izetbegović, deputy president of SDA, and his close associate and advisor Aljoša Čampara. This is evidenced by the statements of high-ranking SDA officials who, the day before the Independent Board session, knew and publicly stated that the election of the FUP director would be carried out in accordance with the old law on police officers.

- The fact that it is clear to everyone that the election had to be conducted according to the provisions of the new valid law is best confirmed by the example of the Public Appeals Committee of the FMUP, which was promptly dissolved by its president Kata Senjak (also the president of the Constitutional Court of the FBiH), correctly accepting that according to the provisions of the new law, a new Appeals Committee also needs to be elected – says our source.
