In Goražde, a 26-year-old arrested for threats of murder and rape

(Patria) - Police officers of the Computer Crime Department of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) arrested U.A. (26) from Goražde, who, using dozens of user accounts on the internet, sent serious threats to the life and body of three victims and threats to the security of their property.

FUP police officers, Computer Crime Department, under the supervision of prosecutors from the KS and BPK prosecutor's offices, and with the support of the BPK MUP Police Administration, today carried out an order from the Municipal Court in Goražde.

Searches of the premises and movable property used by the person U.A. in the Goražde area were conducted, who is linked to the commission of the criminal offense of "Endangering Security" under Article 183 of the Criminal Code of the FBiH, committed to the detriment of three persons from the KS area.

The suspect, using dozens of user accounts on the internet, via social networks, sent serious threats to the life, body, and property security of the victims, stating that he would kill them by slaughtering and throwing explosive devices, that he would commit rape, and sending other serious threats.

After criminal processing, the person U.A. will be handed over to the KS Prosecutor's Office along with a report on the committed criminal offense.

During the search, items that can be directly linked to the commission of the aforementioned criminal offense were found and temporarily confiscated.
