(Patria) - In the Goražde Center for Autopsy and Identification, one victim of the past war was identified today.
It is a victim of Bosniak nationality who was killed in 1992 in Rogatica.
The victim's identity was first determined by DNA method, and today the identity of this victim was confirmed by family members. Thus, Zuberović (Redžep) Ahmed, born in 1953 in Rogatica, was identified. He was killed in June 1992, and his mortal remains were exhumed in 2014 near his family home in the settlement of Rudo in Rogatica.
The mortal remains were exhumed in the local cemetery and were located in the grave of a woman who died in the eighties.
The Institute for Missing Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina is still searching for the closest family members of Ahmed Zuberović, namely his two sons, three-year-old Ahmedin, one-year-old Anes, and his thirty-two-year-old wife Refika.
