In Bijeljina, a man who stabbed a woman last night and jumped off a building died

(Patria) - A man who stabbed a woman last night and then jumped off a balcony died this morning in the Bijeljina hospital, InfoBijeljina has confirmed.

According to the Bijeljina hospital, he died this morning at half past four, and the woman's health condition remains serious.

- The man and woman were brought to the Emergency Center last night around 7:15 PM. The female patient had multiple injuries, cuts on her hands and one larger one in the lumbar region.

The man was in a comatose state with severe bodily injuries. Additional diagnostics revealed he had a fractured pelvis, multiple fractures of the skull, neck, and extremities.

After admission, both underwent further diagnostic examinations - said Dr. Milan Todorović, head of the Department of Surgical Disciplines at the Public Health Institution Hospital "Sveti vračevi" Bijeljina.

He added that the male patient died this morning around half past four, while the female patient is still in intensive care in serious condition, and her condition is currently stable.
