Namely, during the performance of regular duties and tasks last night around 11:40 p.m., police officers stopped a "Golf" passenger car in Borkovići, Banja Luka, driven by the suspect, who was visibly intoxicated. After being stopped, he got out of the car and began to insult the police officers, and physically attacked one of them, damaging his official uniform.

"The duty district public prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka was informed about everything, who ordered that in the regular procedure, after the completion and documentation of the case, a report be submitted against S.L. for the criminal offense of 'Preventing an official in the performance of official duty'.
