SDP in Brčko: We will renovate schools for our children and ensure healthcare for all citizens

„Let's renovate classrooms for our children, let's get them equipment that is adapted to the century we live in. Let's give them a chance to show how much they know. That's why we will propose a Law on the renovation of schools at all levels, and its adoption will be a condition of the SDP for us to talk about forming a government. Everyone in BiH has the same problems when it comes to healthcare, and that's why we will ensure a basic package of healthcare services for all citizens, through our project 'Healthcare for All'," it was stated at the SDP meeting in Brčko.

At the Program Convention of the Social Democratic Party of BiH, held in Brčko on Monday, it was emphasized that all citizens of BiH want a government that will lead BiH in the right way and solve problems that are the same in all parts of the country.

„We know that you are looking for functioning healthcare and education systems. Citizens are looking for a party with ideas for the economic development of the entire BiH. Plan 10 is a plan that puts the care of citizens and their needs first. We have solutions and a way to make our schools better. We know what citizens need. We know what the youth of BiH need. Young people also had their say in creating Plan 10. They want education, they want an equal chance to stay and contribute to the development of our country. The first step is to enable them to be educated in schools that they and their parents will be proud of. Let's renovate their classrooms, let's get them equipment that is adapted to the century we live in. Let's give them a chance to show how much they know. That's why we will offer a Law on the renovation of schools at all levels, and its adoption will be a condition of the SDP for us to talk about forming a government," said Nermin Nikšić, president of the SDP.

Branka Đurić, commissioner of the SDP BiH Brčko Region, said at the convention that the SDP was and remains the party of all citizens in BiH.

„We are here to tell you what we want and can do in the Brčko District. We want to hear your ideas and problems. Only together with all of you can a change for the better happen in the whole of BiH. We know that everyone in BiH has problems when it comes to healthcare, and that's why we will ensure a basic package of healthcare services for all citizens, through our project 'Healthcare for All'," Đurić emphasized.

„Plan 10 will not allow such a high unemployment rate among young people. Plan 10 will not allow a quarter of the employed citizens in our country to live on the poverty line.

One must earn a decent living from honest work. Let's give our country a chance to be a country where we and our children live! Plan 10 can only be successful if we all work together on its implementation," emphasized Suad Burić, president of the SDP BiH Brčko organization.
