Radončić in Krajina, around 4,500 refugees and migrants in USK

BIHAC, (Patria) - Fahrudin Radončić, Minister of Security of the Council of Ministers of BiH, is visiting the Una-Sana Canton today.  Minister Radončić will meet with the Prime Minister of the Una-Sana Canton, Mustafa Ružnić, at 10:00 AM. The meeting is scheduled to take place in the Prime Minister's office, in the Canton Government building, and statements are planned after the meeting concludes.

According to the estimates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of USK, there are currently around 4,500 refugees and migrants in the Una-Sana Canton. Most of them are accommodated in camps, while around a thousand people are in improvised shelters, predominantly in abandoned buildings unsuitable for housing people.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of USK, Nermin Kljajić, recently told Patria that they expected a lot from the new Minister of Security, Fahrudin Radončić, and the Council of Ministers in terms of relieving the number of migrants in the USK region.
