Opposition in Montenegro declares victory and announces government formation

(Patria) - Citizens of Montenegro voted today in parliamentary elections, as well as local elections in five municipalities (Kotor, Budva, Tivat, Gusinje, and Andrijevica).

Based on 90.4% of the processed sample:

DPS Decisively for Montenegro - Milo Đukanović - 34.8% (29 seats)

Coalition for the Future of Montenegro - 32.7% (28 seats)

Aleksa Bečić - Miodrag Lekić - "Peace is Our Nation" - 12.5% (10 seats)

Dr. Dritan Abazović - "Black on White" - Dr. Srđan Pavićević - 5.7% (4 seats)

"Bosniak Party - Correct - Rafet Husović" - 4.1% (3 seats)

SD - 4.2% (3 seats)

Albanian List and Albanian Coalition one seat each

The Coalition for the Future of Montenegro, Aleksa Bečić - Miodrag Lekić - "Peace is Our Nation", Dr. Dritan Abazović - "Black on White" - Dr. Srđan Pavićević announced the formation of a new government.

He who waits, will receive, said tonight the holder of the list of the coalition "For the Future of Montenegro", Zdravko Krivokapić.
He who attacks God and Saint Basil must suffer such a fate, he added.

"42 MPs belong to the opposition, and 39 to all others. The hand of reconciliation should be the basis of our coexistence. We offer this to everyone, because without a hand of reconciliation there is no quality Montenegro. This time we offer all national parties to join the winner", he said, adding that "Montenegro is the mother of us all".
