Džaferović's Initiative for Special Session Rejected

The initiative by Šefik Džaferović for the Joint Committee on Defense and Security to hold a special session on the events of February 7 did not receive the support of its members today, reports the reporter of the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

He stated at today's session that this would be necessary after the protests and security challenges occurring in BiH.

The chairwoman of this committee, Dušanka Majkić, said that the committee had been working intensively for two months on reviewing the report and that some political parties had not supported the conclusions.

Džaferović, however, said it was unbelievable that this committee did not want to discuss the burning of the BiH Presidency building. Committee member Mehmed Bradarić also stated that it would be necessary to discuss this topic in the Committee.
