Fans of Željezničar in action for the club: 150,000 calls to number 17045 in ten days

(Patria) - Fans of FK Željezničar, the popular Manijaci, reached an agreement with the club yesterday regarding general sponsorship, with the goal of collecting 300,000 KM in ten days. The new jerseys already feature the fan group's logo.

A special number has been opened for this purpose - 17045, and a call costs 2 KM. The Manijaci have stated that they want to collect 300,000 KM, and if the initial reactions of Željo's fans are any indication, it is very likely that the planned 150,000 calls will be exceeded.

Edin Džeko, captain of the Bosnia and Herzegovina A national football team, who started his career at Grbavica, also supported the campaign. The Diamond shared a photo on his Facebook profile with the phone number to join the Manijaci's campaign.

The captain of the Blues, Aleksandar Kosorić, had special words of praise for the fans of Željezničar.

“I would like to thank the fan representatives as well as all other fans who initiated this campaign. It will surely be successful, I don't doubt it for a moment. Every time they carry out a campaign, we think it's the maximum, but then they surprise us with a new one and push the boundaries”, said Kosorić.

The fans of Željezničar have shown how much they love the club on multiple occasions. They have collected money for the construction of the east stand, followed their favorites on all away games, and prepared a spectacular fireworks display for Željezničar's 100th birthday, which has not been seen in this region. There is no doubt that the Manijaci and all those who love Željezničar will set aside 2 KM and help the club overcome its financial problems.
