Chinese and Croatian released from Zagreb hospital, do not have coronavirus

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Neither of the two admitted men in the Zagreb hospital has coronavirus.

The Chinese man who came from Belgium, and who was in contact with his mother who came from China, was already released home in the afternoon. The Croatian citizen, who waited for test results until last night, had been in China for a month, and after returning, he started coughing and his temperature slightly increased.

Let us remind you, as confirmed to Index in the afternoon by the Minister of Health Vili Beroš, two men were admitted to the Zagreb infectious disease hospital Dr. Fran Mihaljević with suspicion of coronavirus.

"One was in China for the past month and had some viral inflammation there and recovered. However, he returned and started coughing again. The other is Chinese, who came from Belgium, and whose mother was in China. She is healthy, and he now has some kind of flu," he told us. "Their symptoms may not mean anything, but theoretically, anything is possible. There is no need to panic," Beroš said.
