Teams of VIK on site: Malfunction at the Mojmilo reservoir, disruptions in water supply

(Patria) - As part of regular maintenance activities of the water supply system, repair work will be carried out today, which may lead to interruptions in the water supply in the following streets: Šukrije Pandže, Vlakovo, Kobiljak, Branislava Nušića, Dr. Mustafe Pintola, Bojnička, Dobroševićka, Azići, Harisa Merzića, Muhameda ef. Pandže, Rakovička cesta, Polje, Začardak, Butmirska cesta (Hotel Hills), as well as the settlements of Butmir and Donji Kotorac.

Normalization of water supply is expected after the completion of the work in the afternoon.

Today, 10.02.2026, from 09:00 AM, due to planned work and the repair of a major malfunction on the main pressure pipeline DN 1000 mm from Bačevo to the "Mojmilo" Reservoir, which will take place on Harisa Merzića street, disruptions and reduced pressure may occur, meaning that some parts of the city at higher elevations and on higher floors may also experience interruptions in water supply.

The settlements where disruptions and interruptions in water supply may occur are: Mojmilo, Dobrinja, Saraj polje, Alipašino polje, Čengić Vila, Otoka, Socijalno, Skenderija, Baščaršija, Buća potok, Briješće, Vitkovac, Zabrđe, Sokolje, Boljakov potok, Hrasno, Hrasno brdo, Šanac, Trg heroja, Švrakino selo, Aneks, Grbavica, Soukbunar, Cicin han, Bistrik, Pofalići (UNSA campus), Hrid, and Alifakovac.

Normalization of water supply is expected after the completion of the work.
