Dodik's Pawns Must Leave BiH Institutions Even Before Milorad's Call: The Law Says So!

Yesterday, a meeting of Serb representatives in the Council of Ministers and BiH agencies was held in East Sarajevo, where a unified position was confirmed - loyalty to RS and preservation of its constitutional capacity, whatever that may mean.

Today, a meeting is taking place in Banja Luka, hosted by Milorad Dodik, President of RS and leader of SNSD.

The conclusions of yesterday's meeting were summarized by Staša Košarac, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, who said that everyone is ready to leave their jobs in state institutions if Christian Schmidt's provocations continue.

However, before such a final decision, some of those present should have been removed from service today, or at least disciplinary proceedings initiated, because they violated the Code of Conduct for Civil Servants, specifically the Law on Civil Service of BiH.

Thus, civil servants Biljana Čamur, Secretary of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH, and the Assistant Minister of Dubravka Bošnjak, Nikola Ašanin, 'proudly' sat at Košarac's reception!?

Both did so during working hours, so the question remains whether they had permission from Minister Bošnjak, especially considering that Čamur used an official vehicle to attend the meeting!

She, as the secretary of the ministry, is responsible for evaluating and assessing the work of civil servants, yet she herself violates the Code of Conduct and the Law on Civil Service. Čamur was appointed to this position in 2018, when an internal advertisement was published on which she was the sole candidate for this position.

Without any hesitation, employees of the Ministry of Defense of BiH also attended the meeting, namely Predrag Đurić, Assistant Minister for Intelligence and Security Affairs, as well as Deputy Minister Aleksandar Goganović.

It is important to recall Dodik's statement in which he says that consultations were also held with members of the Armed Forces of BiH.

"Believe me, most of them express their readiness to withdraw to RS immediately upon call," said Dodik.

And, according to Patria's findings, he held consultations with high-ranking officers of the Armed Forces of BiH.

Therefore, it would be necessary to nip Milorad Dodik's dangerous games in the bud, and for starters, to punish civil servants in accordance with the Law.

The Law on Civil Service stipulates that a civil servant cannot be a member of the management or other boards of political parties and must not follow the instructions of political parties.

In the specific case, the Civil Service Appeals Board should act according to Article 63 of this law, after the competent authorities determine the officials' omissions and submit the appeals.
