US Embassy responds again to Dodik: We know where our money is!

(Patria) - Since 1995, the US government has invested more than two billion dollars in initiatives to support citizens of BiH, of which an estimated 638 million dollars has directly benefited people living in the RS, the US Embassy in BiH stated on X.

The post was accompanied by a video with a graphic.

- We know where the money is. The US government invested it in BiH to ensure a better life for its citizens - they announced.

They added that the US has helped almost all municipalities and cities in the RS and that they continue to work on it.

- The US has helped in the areas of economy, healthcare, energy, agriculture, human rights, judiciary, and the building of independent media, and you can read detailed data on the invested money in the RS here.

Among other things, they stated:

- Regarding economic development, the US, as they noted, supported the Banking Agency of the RS immediately after the war to stabilize and restore citizens' confidence in the banking system.

The US government is currently supporting the reform of financial and tax policies and credit guarantee programs to help 'unlock' financial capital in the private sector of the RS, they add.

Regarding healthcare and security, they noted that the US has significantly helped in demining the territory of the RS and that assistance to the health sector of this entity was not lacking even during the coronavirus pandemic.

Otherwise, recently, after the US Embassy's question about where the money is, Milorad Dodik asked them the same question, so this is effectively the Embassy's response to the President of Republika Srpska.
