US Embassy: Dodik is the author of the indictment against himself

(Patria) - The US Embassy in BiH reacted to the publication by several media outlets, including banjaluka.net, concerning an alleged letter containing false and ridiculous accusations about the ongoing court process against Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić.

"It is nonsensical to suggest that the United States Embassy is the author of indictments or the organizer of a conspiracy. If there is an author of the indictment against Dodik outside the State Prosecutor's Office, as Dodik claimed, it is Dodik himself. The clear and simple fact is that Dodik creates his own problems," the US Embassy's reaction states.

The letter published by some media outlets claims that judges of the BiH Court from the Serb people refuse to confirm the indictment, and that an agreement on confirming the indictment was reached between US Ambassador Michael Murphy and the President of the BiH Court, Ranko Debevec.

The BiH Court has not commented on the publication of this letter.
