Professor arrested for sexual harassment

(Patria) - Tivat police arrested professor P.Š. (49) in an elementary school in that city, suspected of sexual harassment, the Police Administration announced.

- It is suspected that P.Š. committed the criminal offense of sexual harassment by, as an employed professor in an elementary school in Tivat, during class time, addressing a minor with inappropriate content - they stated in the announcement, as reported by Radio Television of Montenegro.

The police, as they state, confiscated his mobile phone and, upon the order of the prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor, arrested him.

- P.Š. was processed and on January 27 for a misdemeanor under the Law on Public Order and Peace, specifically for physically attacking a student of that school during a class – pulling him by the ears - they added in the announcement.

He will be brought, along with the criminal report, to the acting prosecutor for further jurisdiction.
