Under the auspices of the Croatian National Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a ceremony marking the Police Day of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton 10 was recently held in Livno, and not a single Bosniak attended the ceremony, and the reason is simple – they were not invited!?
Furthermore, Police Day is associated with the feast of Saint Michael the Archangel, which is unconstitutional and above all reminiscent of the celebration of Republika Srpska Day, which the Constitutional Court of BiH declared unconstitutional!
Although the official statement from the Government of Canton 10 states that political representatives at all levels of government in BiH, mayors and municipal heads, representatives of the executive, legislative, and judicial authorities, representatives of the Armed Forces of BiH, representatives of all Ministries of Internal Affairs in the Federation of BiH, guests from the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, etc., attended the ceremony, they obviously forgot to add, on the condition that they are Croats and specifically from HDZ BiH!
Because, Enes Karić, director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH Ramo Isak, acting director of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) Vahidin Munjić, deputy director of the Border Police Ensad Korman, Minister of Internal Affairs of KS Admir Katica… did not receive an invitation to this ceremony. Serbs holding leadership positions in the security sector were also skillfully avoided, so Darko Ćulum was not in Livno, but his deputy Zoran Galić!
When asked by Patria who was present and who was invited to this ceremony, Mario Lovrić, Minister of Internal Affairs of Canton 10, responded by sending a statement which listed everyone who was present.
It was stated there that, among others, the Academy was attended by: representative of the President of HNS BiH Mladen Begić, Deputy Minister of Security of BiH Ivica Bošnjak, delegation of the State Investigation and Protection Agency led by Zoran Galić, delegation of the Border Police of BiH led by director Mirko Kuprešaković, delegation of OSA led by Tomislav Majić, Federal Minister of Health Dr. Nediljko Rimac, delegation of the Federal Police Administration led by Mato Kovač, delegation of the police of Brčko District led by Damir Antunović, delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Posavina Canton led by Miroslav Živković, delegation of the host Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton 10 led by Minister Lovrić, Police Director Mario Pavlinović and ministers in the Government Božo Perić, Gordana Nakić and Draško Dalić, delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Central Bosnia Canton led by Feliks Vidović, delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of HNK led by Minister Bevanda and director Robert Perić, delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of West Herzegovina Canton led by Minister Bebek and director Brkić, delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia led by the head of the Split-Dalmatia Police Administration Slobodan Marendić, Consul of RH in Livno Tomislav Vrdoljak, delegation of the Assembly of Canton 10 led by president Jozo Ćosić, mayor of Livno Darko Čondrić, head of Kupres Municipality Zdravko Mioč and representative of the head of Tomislavgrad Municipality Ivica Šarac.
Lovrić then also stated that Minister Isak did not receive an invitation, and when asked for the reason, he replied that it was due to the Regulation on a unified police uniform!? Although the answer is almost unbelievable, it should be noted that this Regulation was passed at a session of the FBiH Government, so it remains unknown how Minister Nediljko Rimac (HDZ), who voted for the Regulation, received an invitation and responded accordingly!?
Minister Isak told NAP that he learned about this ceremony from the media and that he contacted Minister Lovrić's Cabinet to see what it was about, but he could not establish contact.
Minister in the KS Government Admir Katica also confirmed for NAP that he did not receive an invitation, nor did the deputy director of the Border Police Ensad Korman, nor the director of SIPA Enes Karić.
None of the aforementioned participated in the drafting of the regulation that is controversial for cantons with a Croatian majority, but they were still not welcome in Livno. It will likely be that Minister Isak also has an 'unfavorable' name and surname, and the fact that he was not invited has nothing to do with the Regulation on a unified police uniform, which passed unanimously at the session of the Government of the Federation of BiH, meaning that all ministers from HDZ also voted for it.
