Troika's Political Lilliputians Extinguish Democratic Bosnia by Appointing Vukoje: Čović's Sarajevo Concubines Ready for Anything!

Like a headless chicken, the government in the entity of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina wanders between lawlessness and unconstitutional action. Such a walk of the imposed government seems incomparably worse and more dangerous than all the years in which the HDZ blocked the government and processes in this entity. Given that the alleged unblocking was done contrary to the Constitution, democracy and the rule of law, it is clear that this opened the opportunity for Dragan Čović to go on a full offensive and achieve everything he could not achieve earlier. Earlier he blocked because his partners did not allow him to turn the FBiH into his own little state, now he aggressively attacks because his partners allow him all of this.

As I assumed in the text “If the Troika had led the Government of the RBiH during the aggression, Tuđman would have easily realized his dreams of the Banovina of Croatia”, and Istraga.ba confirmed yesterday, Čović and the Troika have prepared to complete a large part of the HDZ's agenda at the May session.

The key part of that job is the appointment of Marin Vukoje, close to the HDZ, to the position of judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Vukoja has been controversial since his candidacy, because he has neither work experience nor, consequently, the knowledge required for a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH. But behind him he has the HDZ and an invalid political structure opposite him. That structure, embodied in the guise of politics and the format of the Troika, never for a moment, for moral reasons, let alone real ones, questioned the selection of Vukoja.

Proudly, the Troika's political Lilliputians made it known that in Bošković's Commission for Selection and Appointment they gave their vote to Vukoja, even though at least two other candidates are more qualified than Čović's judge.

Today I read that the unfortunate Mirjana Marinković Lepić (a lady from the compensation list) absolutely supports the selection of Marin Vukoje. And there are many federal deputies in the parliamentary majority who resemble the unfortunate Marinković Lepić, whom no one elected but the party obviously purposefully formatted to unquestioningly fulfill wishes. Such is actually the Troika as a whole.

The imposed political formation of false liberals, social democrats and centrists has boldly directed itself towards creating anarchism in favor of creating Čovićism. And Čovićism is that state in which everything that is for the state is blocked, while everything that is for the three-member caste and the Dwarf from the Neretva functions!

But, let's return to Vukoja, the unfortunate man who did not have the courage, even for the sake of his own integrity, to say that he is no longer a candidate. The plan for his appointment was cunning, now it has been exposed because the intention is obviously to finish the job before the plenary session of the Venice Commission on June 21/22, so as not to leave any possibility for questioning this kind of selection of a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

We remind you, Željko Komšić, in his capacity as Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, on March 15, 2024, submitted a request for an opinion to the Venice Commission regarding the method of electing judges to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a comparison with the practice in the countries of the Council of Europe.

Given that it is being misinterpreted, Komšić's request did not refer to a statement about Vukoja, but about the practice and method of electing constitutional court judges in the EU. Also, the head of the Democratic Front club, Mahir Mešalić, submitted an initiative 'that the decision on the appointment of the missing judge to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina be postponed until the adoption of the Opinion of the Venice Commission at the plenary session'.

But, the parliamentary majority that does not care about the Constitution, that adopts the Rules of Procedure for secret and private use, obviously does not care much about the opinion of the Venice Commission or the initiatives of the deputy clubs, but continues on its path of anarchy and Čovićism.

The fact that Our Party, the SDP and NiP have agreed to be the political concubines of Dragan Čović is more terrifying than all the factual evidence of their betrayal not only of the state, but also of a healthy society, the constitutional order and parliamentarism.

Because, in the political dictionary, there is no other way to describe the way the Sarajevo tricolors have been acting since the constitutive session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH. That session, like the eighth extraordinary session, like those sessions at which the rules of procedure were changed, ended as disputes before the Constitutional Court of the Federation of BiH, and God only knows why those cases have not been resolved yet.

Some deputies have told us in the past that they do not expect a timely reaction from the Constitutional Court of the FBiH because it is handicapped by the political tentacles of Dragan Čović's political concubines.

The totalitarian action of the parliamentary majority HDZ/Troika/paid hands has led the entity of the Federation into a complete collapse of the Constitution and regulations, and what has been announced will bring the entity of the FBiH into a position of opposing European practices after the adopted opinion of the Venice Commission.

That is where every illusion that the government imposed by a few diplomats can free us from our shackles and lead us on the integration paths towards the EU will actually end. There, I fear, all the quieter hopes that we will one day be a democratic society will also perish.

Because, the Sarajevo tricolors obviously enjoy the role of Čović's concubines and therefore show not the slightest intention to change anything. The only question is to what extent the citizens of the FBiH will tolerate these relationships of theirs!
