What else does American Kajganić need to (not) do to follow the path of unsuccessful chief prosecutors?

Not a single chief prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office has so far completed their six-year term, as all of them were dismissed or resigned before that. And if justice had to be served, Milanko Kajganić, the chief prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, should continue the trend and resign today.

There are many reasons and arguments indicating that Kajganić, since October last year (when he was officially appointed in a suspicious manner – remaining the only candidate), has made a considerable effort to further erode the trust of the profession and the public in the judiciary.

After his appointment, Kajganić stated that one of his main goals would be to restore public trust in the work of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. “I announce that we will file several of the most complex indictments by the end of the year,” Kajganić said in October 2022.

And they were complex, because it was necessary to fabricate indictments in the Dobrovoljačka case, prosecute the people of Goražde, or this latest one which is a complete farce concerning the indictment against Milorad Dodik, which does not state the criminal offense he committed! And this was done intentionally, because through this case, it was very likely intended to show that Christian Schmidt does not even have a document proving his legitimacy! And then Pandora's box would be opened.

Kajganić's main task is precisely not to restore trust, but to further humiliate BiH institutions, and thus portray BiH as an impossible country, or rather, a state union!
The fact that his appointment was forced by the American Embassy (personally by Ambassador Michael Murphy) does not mean that the public in our country is so naive and blind as not to see where this ship is sailing.

This is evidenced by hundreds of people gathered in front of the BiH Prosecutor's Office building with the message – prosecutors, are you ashamed? Along with prosecutors who agree to be puppets in the campaign to dismantle BiH institutions, we must not forget the HJPC, headed by Halil Lagumdžija, who has so far found an excuse for all of Kajganić's (in)actions, in order to protect him and solidify his position.

The judge who returned the indictment against Dodik is a spark of light in the judicial darkness in which we have been stumbling for years! However, the question is when they will start targeting her, just as they are targeting Branko Perić, who was once the hope of those who are now attacking him.

The unprincipled approach with ulterior motives destroys the hope that judicial reform will ever be possible with the current personnel! And the fact that there are no indictments for high-level corruption confirms this!

And while the public is seeking answers to the question of why there isn't a single indictment for denying genocide, why the siege of Sarajevo and the sniping of the capital of BiH are without indictment, why the impunity for the killing of the people of Goražde, while those who defended the state of BiH are being prosecuted, it is worth looking more closely at Kajganić.
It must be known that he, as the person who should be defending the constitutional order of BiH, was obliged to sign the indictment against Dodik (especially from a moral perspective), and not hide behind a compliant prosecutor with a good reputation. He is Bosniak, so it will be easier for him!

I remind you again, he was willing to sign for Dobrovoljačka, thus currying favor with Serbian politics, both in Banja Luka and in Belgrade!

He proves to us that Alija Izetbegović was not captured, and that the column in Dobrovoljačka was not a legitimate military target. And all this based on an expert from Banja Luka!

So, when he wants to, he knows and can. So why didn't he personally lead the proceedings against Dodik? Because, if that indictment is filed, it would be the biggest case in the history of this Prosecutor's Office! Or he doesn't have time, from reporting those who bring shame to the Prosecutor's Office into the public eye!

We didn't have to wait long for the witch hunt to begin against those who want to work lawfully and in accordance with the highest democratic norms.

The fact that Murphy stands by Kajganić does not mean that Milanko is American, but that Americans choose poorly, or perhaps consciously choose those who will further damage the credibility of the state of BiH.

Because, when justice dies, let everything die, including the BiH Prosecutor's Office!
