Serbia Lifts Red Terror Threat Level

(Patria) - Serbia has lifted the red terror threat level following a "reduced level of security challenges, risks, and threats of terrorist acts".

The Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced today that the yellow level, a moderate degree of terrorism threat, will come into effect at 7 PM.

"In accordance with the yellow security threat level, MUP members will undertake enhanced precautionary and vigilance measures, aiming to protect facilities of vital importance to Serbia, key infrastructure objects, shopping malls, cinemas, public buildings, and places of mass gatherings," the MUP statement reads.
