SIPA confirms 'checking on Schmidt', Supervisory Board should urgently dismiss Ćulum!

By: A. Čorbo-Zećo

The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), headed by Darko Ćulum, who is close to Milorad Dodik and SNSD, is conducting checks, specifically an investigation into the diplomatic status of Christian Schmidt, the High Representative in BiH, was confirmed to Patria by SIPA.

In a phone conversation with the SIPA spokesperson, they did not state what specific actions they are taking, and due to the delicacy of the situation, they cannot comment further on this topic.

"At this moment, I can only say that checks are being carried out. That is the answer to your inquiry," said SIPA.

The inquiry was: - is SIPA taking any actions regarding Christian Schmidt, the High Representative in BiH, and if the answer is yes, please answer by whose order SIPA is conducting investigations?

SIPA did not wish to state by whose order they are conducting checks, but one does not need to be a genius to connect the dots.

SIPA is headed by Darko Ćulum, a man who, without any shame or moral responsibility, attended a political rally of Staša Košarac, where it was threatened that Serbs would withdraw from BiH institutions if Schmidt's provocations continued. The Independent Oversight Board of the BiH Parliament is yet to make a decision regarding this scandalous situation, which could ultimately lead to Ćulum's dismissal.

Until that happens, Ćulum is clearly acting on the instructions of SNSD and Milorad Dodik, the president of Republika Srpska, who requested that it be determined who gave Schmidt a diplomatic passport.

Although obstructions are expected in initiating Ćulum's dismissal from the head of SIPA, the members of the Supervisory Board are obliged to protect the dignity of state police agencies.

Furthermore, it was expected that ministers from the Bosniak constituency in the Council of Ministers of BiH would request the dismissal of Darko Ćulum, as well as other members of the Council of Ministers of BiH who were at the rally.
