Sarajevo in the focus of hybrid warfare: After a fake dissident, former SOA operatives are selling us the story about the non-paper!

After the true face of the dissident from the cover of Slobodna Bosna, Boban Bogdanović, was revealed, the advocacy for the now clearly fake non-paper with American approval has been taken over by less known Croatian residents, whose biographies are also hidden from the public in Sarajevo, to make it easier for them to swallow it.

For those who need a reminder, Slobodna Bosna first exclusively published a non-paper on resolving the issue of the Western Balkans, which was allegedly approved by Marko Rubio, the US Secretary of State in the announcement. Then they offered us the story of the Belgrade dissident under the protection of France, Great Britain, and Switzerland, Boban Bogdanović, as the co-author of the non-paper and his PR spinner for the needs of the soft-minded Sarajevo basin.

However, the ballad about Boban as a dissident and some authority on the non-paper has dispersed like all hybrid truths, because he is a person with a criminal background and without any reference that could place him in the context of an authority to propose, explain, and offer solutions to us.

Yesterday, Slobodna Bosna continued to push the story for reasons known only to them, offering us a kind of analysis from a relatively unknown portal, which they further relativized by shortening its name. The portal is Geopolitika News, a media outlet from Croatia with a colorful impresum and biographies of its core analysts.

At the same time, as in the story about the dissident, Slobodna Bosna forgot to mention the author of the analysis, presumably counting on Sarajevo to swallow it without looking at who was writing.

In the article titled “PORTAL "GEOPOLITIKA" ANALYZED THE NON-PAPER: "The goal is the democratization of the Western Balkans while preserving internationally recognized borders!”, the author Zoran Meter teaches us the definition of a non-paper and also says how the new US President Donald Trump could democratize us and lead us to the brilliance of the Euro-Atlantic dream.

I wrote about the nonsense of that non-paper in the previous text and there is no need to repeat that it is utter stupidity to initiate so many mechanisms of the international community just so that, for example, Serbia would sign an agreement in which it would commit to respecting the Dayton Peace Agreement, which it signed with Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995.

However, the range of characters in the backstage of the non-paper from the pages of Slobodna Bosna gives reason to suspect that something serious has been stirred up in the intelligence-media cyclone of the Western Balkans and portends serious changes.

Because, what SB failed to say about the author of the “Non-paper Analysis” is stated in the data on the original page, and it says: “Journalist and analyst, former operative of the Croatian intelligence and security community, foreign policy columnist in the Croatian national weekly „7Dnevno“, editor and chief analyst of the specialized portal for geopolitics, foreign policy and international relations „Geopolitika news“, specialist for the Middle and Near East, North and Sahel Africa and the Russian Federation”.

The non-paper, whose authors we don't know yet, is clearly being sold to us by SOA. This is confirmed by the biography of another author from Geopolitika News, Tonči Mirić: “Tonči Mirić graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb. He is a former employee of the Croatian security system. Analyst, specializing in the (Western) Balkans and the countries of former Yugoslavia”.

On the pages of this portal, you will often find author analyses and texts about mujahedin in Bosnia during the war; analysts do not hesitate to offer solutions for Bosnia based on the model of confederations and consociations, and so on.

After the dissident with a criminal background, the Sarajevo public has now received analysts with SOA certification in its analytics. And I don't know if there is anyone serious who would believe that this non-paper is realistic at all, because it is clear that it is a product of lobbying firms like the Heritage Foundation, which divides the citizens of BiH into Catholics who need to be protected and dangerous Muslims, and Orthodox Christians.

The only question is why such figures have the space in Sarajevo to spread propaganda ideas with elements of hybrid aggression, and for whose interest it is being done.

However, what will discourage them is certainly the fact that the international community is moving in a new direction, to which Marko Rubio, whom they tried to convince us agreed with the fake non-paper, will contribute.

Well-informed sources say that Great Britain is preparing some plan and is already collecting proposals for solutions in Sarajevo. On the other hand, the same sources state, the story about large mono-ethnic states offered to us by an earlier non-paper is slowly disappearing from the book in which solutions are being written.

And Andrej Plenković and Aleksandar Vučić, leaders of the hegemonic neighbors, have contributed most to this, as they have best deciphered for the international community in which anti-democratic direction the solutions with mono-ethnic states would go. Or quite directly, it is a path to the creation of autocratic regimes in which Plenković and Vučić rule for a decade or more. Not to mention for life.

Opposite to these solutions is the strengthening of democracy and the elimination of causes that undermine multicultural and multi-ethnic solutions, and such societies are Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.

If the dynamics of current relations are anything to go by, the approach to solving the Western Balkans through the creation of large mono-ethnic states is slowly losing strength, and the judgments of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and the Mechanism that succeeded it are greatly contributing to this. Because, in those judgments, both Serbia and Croatia, as well as their extended tentacles in BiH, were found to have strived to create ethnically clean spaces for large mono-ethnic states through genocide, joint criminal enterprise, and war crimes.

The international community is aware that recognizing these consequences as a de facto future state would create a precedent dangerous to the entire Western world. That is why both the British and the Americans are turning to the continuation of the democratization process and the strengthening of the rule of law, but not through a non-paper, but through serious diplomatic activities and the search for solutions.

In summary, the story about the non-paper could only serve as a tool in hybrid warfare to exert pressure on the Sarajevo political scene for a compromise on some solutions. And fake authorities under the umbrella of the intelligence and para-intelligence sector served excellently in this. And some journalists.

But, it is now clear that nothing will come of that story.
