RESPONSE TO KOŠARAC: We will seek foreign experts to join the Prosecutor's Office and Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac, as reported by the media, stated: "Next week in Brussels, we will discuss the European path of BiH with representatives of the European Commission. My focus is on the interests of Republika Srpska, which I will represent at this meeting with European officials. RS supports the European path of BiH and advocates for the implementation of 14 key priorities as a package.“

Staša also told us many other things. Abolish the OHR, dismantle the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an agreement between the two entities and three peoples, and so on.

If he were not a state minister, this would not be worth commenting on. But since we, as a society, have long sunk in terms of personnel policy, thus allowing such individuals and those like him to be at the very top of the state, it is necessary to point out some things to these incompetent individuals and warn them.

You are not the minister of RS, Košarac. You are the minister of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Do you understand that? If you want to be the minister of RS, apply to the National Assembly of RS.

The OHR will leave, Staša, when we meet the conditions for it. That is, when Bosnia and Herzegovina becomes a functional and legal state. And you are doing everything to prevent that. Constitutional judges will leave only when the Constitution of our country is changed. The fact that someone promised you that you would finish it by passing a law is your and their problem. It is an impossible mission. You must forget about it.

Regarding your claim that you advocate for the fulfillment of 14 key priorities, then explain to us why you have been completely blocking public administration reform for a full five years. You, or rather the government of RS, are the main obstacle, although other governments have not done nearly as much as they should and could have.

Now, listen to something, Košarac. I don't know what you think about some conspiracy from the Federation of BiH, but you must be aware, you and your party colleagues and those who are like you – foreign judges from the Constitutional Court will not be there for much longer. On the contrary, we will seek foreign experts to join the Prosecutor's Office and Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

And do you know why? To help in the effective prosecution and punishment of those who undermine the constitutional order, the leaders and perpetrators of corruption that is destroying our society (all three peoples and all citizens), and to prosecute individuals for whom there is sufficient evidence that they have committed war crimes, which is the "A list" of the Hague Tribunal.

And do you know what else we must fulfill, Staša, to be in the European Union? Abolish entity voting in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and reduce the powers of the House of Peoples. In addition, look now, upon the recommendation of the European Union, introduce a clause into the Constitution that will enable state institutions to make decisions within the jurisdiction of entities when necessary to fulfill assumed obligations.

And the implementation of all judgments of the European Court of Human Rights is one of the key obligations.

These are the obligations we must fulfill and the issues we must resolve. And you can call it whatever you want, and you call it an attack on the RS entity. Believe me, Staša, you – politicians in the RS entity, most of all, by attacking the state, are attacking RS. And you are threatening its (RS) disappearance.

You say, Staša, "We have recognized your intentions and will not allow you to undermine the position and constitutional capacity of RS".

We have also recognized your intentions, and we will never allow you to undermine the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

With perfidious and insidious lies, you try to accuse Bosniaks, as the most numerous and most democratic people, of some kind of terrorism and sleeper terrorist cells, just to blunt our fight for a functional state and human rights for all citizens. And we will fight for it! We, as the most numerous people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, have a duty to do so, and we are responsible for it.

Instead, I recommend, Staša, that we all focus our energy together on resolving these important issues. Do not waste time and energy on impossible things and destroying the lives of our citizens.

Do not commit criminal offenses, because you have created a prison unit with a large number of places yourselves. No one will be able to escape justice. Proof of this is the ongoing process against Milorad Dodik. In vain, as the media report, he is gathering legal experts to try to find some arguments and evidence that would support him, but the Prosecutor's Office's evidence is so strong that not even the best legal expert can refute it.

The devil comes for his own. And so, every individual who works against our state and everyone who betrays it in any way, regardless of who it is, will end up before the court of this state and before the court of this people.

And be sure that we are watching everything carefully.
