LACK OF VISION Bandić: The "Trojka" policies are eliminating Bosniaks from institutions, and the international community supports majorization!

According to the last population census in BiH from 2013, there are 50.11% Bosniaks living in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Thus, Bosniaks make up slightly more than half of our country's population. Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Law on Civil Service of BiH stipulates that "the structure of civil servants in the civil service shall approximately reflect the national structure of the population of Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the last population census." The same or similar is prescribed for other levels of government within the complex political structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

How much are these legal regulations actually respected in practice? As far as Bosniaks are concerned, they are almost never respected. The situation in the institutions of the smaller BiH entity is catastrophic, with only 1.3% of Bosniaks employed, who make up 14.1% of the population. Of course, this does not concern any of the Bosniak political leaders, as they are too preoccupied with mutual struggles for cantonal, federal, and state positions, while silently handing over half of the country to the "reformed," "new," and "European" anti-state element from Laktaši. As for the state level, it is hard to find any institution of Bosnia and Herzegovina where the actual number of employed Bosniaks is even close to the ethnic structure of the population of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Even during the SDA's rule until the beginning of this year, BiH institutions lacked almost 800 Bosniaks to align the ethnic structure of employees with the ethnic structure of the population according to the last census, and the imbalance is present in 58 out of a total of 71 institutions. With the change of ruling structures, the situation is becoming even worse, so that today, vertically at all levels of government in the fields of finance, security, culture, sports, health, and justice, there are almost no Bosniaks in leadership positions.

Bosniaks, although the majority nation in BiH, are in complete imbalance in all positions within public administration, and this is particularly pronounced in the distribution of leadership positions. Let's recall the February lies of the current Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship, and Crafts of the FBiH, Vojin Mijatović, about the Indirect Taxation Authority:

"If some get carried away and give the ITA to SNSD, then let's give them all other positions."

And precisely these prophetic words of Vojin Mijatović are coming true in practice. As for BiH institutions, SNSD and HDZ have been given everything. Both what they wanted and what they didn't. The new director of the ITA BiH, an SNSD cadre, has appointed cadres from the Serb people to almost all important leadership positions in the ITA BiH. Systemic discrimination against Bosniaks is present in all ministries and agencies at the state level, headed by SNSD and HDZ cadres, and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH particularly stands out in this regard. The Ministry of Security of BiH has been completely dominated by Serb cadres for a long time, and the new minister is making every effort to cement the existing situation where, in any official act, even one directly related to the Srebrenica Memorial Center, the word GENOCIDE must not be used. If you are in any leadership position at the state level and are not under the control of SNSD or HDZ and do not fulfill their wishes, the only thing you can expect is public defamation and a spectacular arrest.

Similarly, HDZ dominates the Federation of BiH, where the position of the President of the FBiH is always secured, and currently, HDZ equally sovereignly rules the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, which the Our Party servilely enabled. Here, this Trojan horse within the Bosniak electorate has undergone a kind of chameleon metamorphosis from a decisive pre-election NO to ethnically based parties and policies, to a complete post-election servile and useful idiot for only one ethnicity and one party in BiH - HDZ. This decisive NO to the ethnic policies of Our Party seems to apply only to Bosniaks who naively vote for these fraudsters.

The majorization of Bosniaks is also greatly contributed to by the international community, which is not merely a silent observer but an active player on the political scene of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is precisely the interventions of international actors that enable the continuous and lasting marginalization of the political will of the most numerous nation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The suspension of the FBiH Constitution for 24 hours, in order to form the FBiH Government in accordance with the wishes of the Republic of Croatia and HDZ, by the High Representative, is the most striking example from political-legal practice. This political-legal brutalism has led us to be the only country where elections were held according to one set of rules, and when it was seen that the expected results were not achieved, the implementation of the results took place according to completely different rules. Accordingly, it seems that the biggest problem for the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the excessive number of Bosniaks, so they are systematically removed from leadership positions. Anti-state policies, ethnic segregation, denial of genocide, glorification of war criminals, and often open fascism of HDZ and SNSD are apparently not a problem for anyone, except for us naive idealists who believe in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state of law.

In our reality, some individuals and certain political circles have stolen and privatized the state, and we are busy deceiving each other at the local level. In addition, there is a decline in all areas and a continuous outflow of the population. Today's government claims to be better than the previous one, but all relevant numbers will deny them. Unfortunately, the tendency of Bosniak politics indicates that we can expect an even worse development of the situation, because there is no vision on how to move forward.
