Murphy in BiH imitated CIA model from Honduras: As an alternative to nationalists, he installed the criminal project Trojka!

I don't know Edin Forto's horoscope or if he read any bad predictions in his annual horoscope, but I am sure he did not suspect that in the first two months of 2025, he would be torn between serious accusations of aiding someone accused of criminal offenses while trying to bribe an SIPA inspector, and being questioned by the parliamentary anti-corruption committee regarding laws for privileged persons, the Southern Interconnection, and the poor performance of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, which he heads.

At the same time, Forto is continuously losing control within Our Party (Naša stranka), where the clashes between factions are increasingly evident, leading to announced departures.

Although the leaders of the Trojka project, Elmedin Konaković and Edin Forto, have bombarded us for the past two years with talk of the European path and announcements that we are just about to reach the doorstep of the European Union, the claim that the outgoing US Ambassador Michael Murphy created a mafia bloc and established it as an alternative to the bloc of nationalist parties is becoming increasingly apparent.

Because, very soon after the political positions and deep state appointments were filled with cadres from this alternative, media, and then police agencies and prosecutor's offices, opened investigations and initiated proceedings.

The political scene and the public in Bosnia and Herzegovina were shaken by the story of the connection between the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the leading figure of Trojka, Elmedin Konaković (NiP), and the super-cartel Tito and Dino, and the head of that cartel, Edin Gačanin.

It wasn't long after this information was published on the Istraga.ba portal that we saw an action by the BiH Prosecutor's Office in which the godfathers and friends of Minister Konaković, as well as FUP cadres close to the wider structure of People and Justice (Narod i Pravda), were arrested and detained.

The fact that Minister Konaković vehemently defended his friends arrested in the “Black Tie 2” operation and attacked the Prosecutor's Office for this action further deepened the suspicion. What works in favor of the Prosecutor's Office, and not for Konaković and those under investigation, is the fact that Murphy is leaving BiH, and the new Republican administration will appoint an ambassador.

However, while the spotlight was on Konaković, and Trojka defended itself against all accusations with spins about the European path, other criminal activities were unfolding in the background orchestrated by cadres of Our Party. In the “Incitat” operation, Bojan Bošnjak, a minister from Our Party brought to Sarajevo from Zenica, was arrested. He is accused of signing a positive opinion on the environmental impact assessment strategy, through which he intended to legalize illegal urban construction projects on Bjelašnica.

Bošnjak has been in custody for three months and continues to receive a ministerial salary for a job performed by someone else. Our Party and Trojka clearly do not dare to dismiss Bošnjak for fear that under the pressure of detention, he might speak about bigger fish in the murky waters of Bjelašnica.

However, SIPA inspector Jasmin Krnjić, who worked on this case, could not withstand the pressure and reported that Forto promised to employ his wife if he stopped or slowed down the investigation. At the same time, during Bošnjak's hearing, the public learned that Bošnjak was also pressured to sign a positive opinion, and then Almir Bečarević announced that Forto and Konaković were exerting pressure.

Therefore, two-thirds of Trojka are facing serious accusations of closeness to major criminals or direct involvement in criminal activities. If we add to this the ongoing investigation in the “Incitat” case and the high probability that more names will appear in the investigators' notebooks, the question logically arises: did Murphy impose an organized criminal group on us as a political alternative to national parties?

Admittedly, parts of these national parties have also been under investigation and have been convicted, but Trojka has achieved something no one else has before – in two years, more reports, indictments, and investigations have been filed against their cadres than in the entire previous 10 years.

When we also consider that one day investigations will be opened into projects in Sarajevo Canton and energy projects in which Nermin Nikšić and his partners have their fingers deep in the pie, it will become obvious that Murphy behaved in Bosnia and Herzegovina like the CIA in Honduras. There, the CIA once removed legally elected political leaders and replaced them with figures loyal to cartels and the criminal underworld.

Fortunately for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Murphy is leaving, and his superiors have already left the US administration, so we hope that the new ones will send an ambassador who will address the predecessor's activities, but also provide full support to the judiciary to investigate the murky waters left behind by Forto, Konaković, and Nikšić.

I just wonder if we will eventually conclude that TITO from Dubai is small fry compared to a political organization with a criminal pedigree!
