Mešalić: We will seek for Gabela not to chair the next session of the House of Representatives of FBiH, SBiH must state if it is in opposition or in power

(Patria) - At the next session of the House of Representatives of FBiH, we will seek for Edina Gabela not to chair the session, stated the President of the Democratic Front Club in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH, Mahir Mešalić, for Patria.

The reason, according to Mešalić, is the fact that it makes no sense for Gabela to chair the session while coming from an opposition party.

“Mirjana Marinković Lepić gave her a power of attorney, and she enjoys all the privileges of the chair. If she is not capable of running the House, she should go on sick leave, as she has also resigned for health reasons,” Mešalić told NAP.

He also added that SBiH must determine whether it is in opposition or in power.

“They participated in certain legal solutions through amendments, pushed the agenda several times, supported the budget rebalance of FBiH for 2023 and the borrowing of 200 million KM, participated in the removal of funds from KS, ZDK and TK…”, claims Mešalić and expects SBiH to prove it is in opposition through its actions.
