Hypocrisy of the international community, tripartite agenda and strengthening of Dodik: No conflict, but where is the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

The tripartite agenda conceived in the kitchens of international circles, in which Bosniaks get the Law on the Prohibition of Genocide Denial, Croats the Election Law tailored to Dragan Čović, and Serbs state property, shows the full extent of injustice.

The best proof of this is that we do not have a single indictment for genocide denial, because Milanko Kajganić lacks judicial practice, but for filing an indictment against the hodža Muharem Štulanović, who is accused of calling Republika Srpska a "genocidal creation," no practice is needed in Banja Luka.

They need narratives and indictments at all levels that will further throw Bosniaks into a ghetto, similar to the one in Palestine, and proof of this are the claims of alleged radicalism, which is not tangibly real, but is present in the public space purely to serve the needs of Serbian or Croatian politics.

And that the whole circus called Milorad Dodik is aimed at property is also shown by the morning announcement of the SNSD president.

„Serbs have no ambition for any conflicts, but we will resort to all political means to preserve the sovereignty of Republika Srpska. Certain ambassadors, as well as the illegal Schmidt, are trying to take away our forests, waters, to dispossess Republika Srpska. We have said that the issue of property will never be on the table,” stated Dodik.

And he is indeed right. Christian Schmidt is not doing enough regarding state property, and the international community still considers Dodik a relevant interlocutor. He is equally represented in Brussels as all other leaders, while regularly maintaining contacts and ties with Vladimir Putin, and not standing in the way of secession.

Although he calls representatives of the international community by derogatory names, they respect him and meet with him, which increases his popularity and weakens the role of the international community. Because, who can normally sit at the negotiating table with someone who persistently advocates for the division of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and has the possibility to isolate negotiators who do not deviate from retrograde positions.

The Bonn powers are left for Refik Lendo, the Election Law and appeasing Dragan Čović. Unlike the prohibition of genocide denial, where the law is left to the mercy of local judicial institutions, which are more or less controlled by Dodik himself, all other imposed decisions have been implemented to the core. We have the FBiH Government tailored to Čović, the same kind of legislative power, and in the country, it is unclear who is in charge.

And all this time, the credibility of Schmidt's authority, his power, and his readiness to act are being tested. It is not only about his constitutional right according to Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement but also about his obligation, which he has not fulfilled so far.
Of course, with the support of the US Embassy in Sarajevo, Schmidt, as well as the European Union, clearly have a plan to continue tolerating Dodik and his desire for greater autonomy for RS, thereby losing credibility and respect in the part of the public that has always believed in goodwill and justice.

But, if only blockades are rewarded and impossible demands of secessionist policies are met, isn't it time for the pro-Bosnian forces within BiH to show what values they have fought for and clearly state it to the international community, which is anything but just at this moment?

Because, there may be no conflict, but where is the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina in all of this?
