Kovačević's victory means HDZ-Trojka-SNSD lose possibility of technical mandate

(Patria) - In the shadow of inappropriate discussions about the ethnic identity of Slaven Kovačević, a candidate for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (given that he has always declared himself ethnically Croatian), quite clear political reasons are being promoted these days, which, from the perspective of protecting the state, justify Kovačević's candidacy.

Although almost the entire political scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the exception of the HDZ, has united on the issue of Trgovska Gora and the disposal of Croatian nuclear waste on the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, although even from the entity of Rs, readiness has been announced for Bosnia and Herzegovina to file an international lawsuit against Croatia for this, it is being overlooked that something like this is not possible without the consent of the member of the Presidency of BiH from the Croatian people.

Therefore, the accusations against Slaven Kovačević that he is poisoning relations among the peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina are completely absurd, when it is known that the Republic of Croatia is poisoning all peoples and citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without even planning to stop doing so.

However, the absence of a pro-Bosnian member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Croatian people in the near future is not the only problem that could arise.

It is quite clear that with the victory of the HDZ candidate and Kovačević's potential defeat, the HDZ and SNSD would rule not only the BiH Presidency, but would be in a position to keep the current Council of Ministers in a technical mandate.

On the other hand, with Kovačević's victory, space opens up to appoint a candidate for prime minister and a Council of Ministers that is not to the liking of the HDZ-SNSD alliance, together with the member of the BiH Presidency from the Bosniak people.

True, the member of the BiH Presidency from the Bosniak people can outvote the pro-Bosnian member of the BiH Presidency from the Croatian people again, together with the member of the BiH Presidency from the entity of Rs, as was the case with Bećirović who outvoted Komšić together with Željko Cvijanović. However, that is only one possibility!

What is not a possibility but is quite certain is that with the victory of the HDZ candidate, the HDZ and SNSD would be masters of the situation when it comes to state government.

The HDZ and SNSD have no interest in changing the state government and its composition because their current government at the state level is a hallmark of the complete dominance of the HDZ and SNSD, which sovereignly dominate the disoriented Trojka.

The latter can only hope for a technical mandate at the state level, but also for such an environment and situation to spill over to the Federation of BiH level.

Hence the great hysteria and loud shouts against Kovačević's candidacy, which represents a danger to preventing a technical mandate, without which the rule of the HDZ, Trojka, and SNSD cannot survive.

Hence the greatest hysteria from the office clerks of Trojka, who, supplied with salaries from the budget, spew bile and lies about Slaven Kovačević from the pages of regime media.
