Košarac must be dismissed: How the 'silent rehearsal' for the division of Bosnia and Herzegovina succeeded!

At yesterday's rally in Republika Srpska near the inter-entity administrative line, where support was expressed for Milorad Dodik, president of RS and SNSD, also present were RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković, Mayor of East Sarajevo Ljubiša Ćosić, and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac.

The protest, or dress rehearsal, as Željka Cvijanović called it, was organized near the entity line, after a protest in front of the BiH Court and Prosecutor's Office was banned.

Reactions before the rally itself were numerous, and today only the opposition in Republika Srpska is reacting, with Igor Crnadak asking SNSD to stop spreading falsehoods, stating that Dodik's problem with the Prosecutor's Office is his own, and that they are not doing anything that would endanger RS.

The gathered crowd, as is known, demanded that the indictment against the president of RS be dropped.

In the Federation, there have been no concrete actions regarding yesterday's rally, which grossly violated the Dayton Peace Agreement. With a devastating media approach and acceptance of Dodik's game, most mentioned borders (!?), and entities are not states, and only states have borders. Therefore, the rallies were held on the inter-entity line, to illustrate for people, it would be as if residents of Zenica-Doboj Canton were protesting for some reason on the line with Canton Sarajevo, because, for example, they don't have regular transport, because public transport in KS logically operates only within Canton Sarajevo.

However, it is evident that this act yesterday was a preparation for the alleged state independence of Republika Srpska!

RS officials did not hide this, but precisely because of this, they should bear the consequences. First and foremost, state minister Košarac, whose dismissal should have already been initiated. He, namely, led the protests where traffic was halted on the inter-entity line, which is a gross violation of Dayton.

Annex IV of the Dayton Peace Agreement clearly states that 'neither entity shall establish control on the boundary between entities' and no one has the right to restrict freedom of movement between entities.

And that is exactly what happened yesterday. The silent rehearsal is over. But, for now, no criminal charges!? EUFOR also watched everything peacefully!? And snipers 'secured' the rally from the buildings!

A reaction is also expected from Christian Schmidt, who has grounds to dismiss Košarac, if the BiH Parliamentary Assembly does not do so.

Šemsudin Mehmedović (SDA) stated today that Željka Cvijanović is right:

“RS conducted a rehearsal and gauged the pulse of the international community, primarily America. They got away with it, they received silent consent. When we next count the Despot and Vohor armored vehicles on the entity lines, we will probably understand that downplaying the number of people at Dodik's protests is foolish. Dodik could easily have brought 50,000 people to the entity line, at least that many have been employed in the last ten years alone on the budget for which we all pay VAT, but it is clear that he planned carefully in order to have a shock option in reserve and for some in the MZ to have room to give us 'pacifiers' with the sentence: 'The Embassy has called on all parties to exercise restraint and avoid escalation'. Today, Dodik was told that next time 'parties will be called to compromise' when RS brings RS Ministry of Interior forces to the entity line,” stated Mehmedović.

And from this reaction, it is clearly visible that the BiH Parliament must not silently observe the fact that Staša Košarac was also present at those protests, because that will be an acceptance of their game, which ultimately leads BiH to division.
