Has the BiH Court Finally Understood: 'Dobrovoljačka 2' Must Not Happen, Kojić, Dodik, and Belgrade Nervous for a Reason?

By: A. Čorbo-Zećo

Judicial institutions of BiH are a mechanism in the hands of certain policies that are implemented to the detriment of Republika Srpska, but also the Constitution and legal regulations, stated SNSD MP in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Milorad Kojić, who is also the former director of the Republika Srpska Center for Research of War, War Crimes, and Searching for Missing Persons, and who for years 'documented' alleged crimes against Serbs.

Crimes against Bosniaks and Croats, as well as all other citizens of BiH, are not of interest to him!
Kojić did not err much in his statement, he just missed the target, because the majority of the staff that Kojić and his leader Milorad Dodik call to leave the judicial institutions are under the control of politics, which has been systematically working on revisionism for a very long time, all under the pressure of politics, and specifically secessionist ones.

I doubt that a person of credibility, belonging to the Serb people, will leave the judicial institutions because politics ordered it, so the conclusion is that those who would act on the orders of Kojić and Milorad Dodik were actually brought into the institutions only because they are Serbs, so there won't be much damage, as the people would say!

Perhaps it is high time for institutions, especially judicial ones, to breathe freely, far from politics. And this applies to all three constituent peoples!

It is high time that when hiring in judicial institutions, the counting of national-political blood cells stops and that cadres with high qualifications, business results, extensive experience, and moral credibility are hired.

Let me be clear immediately, the new Law on the HJPC does not allow for this, nor is the law harmonized with European standards, so the story starts and ends here.

And that the Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Milanko Kajganić, is everything contrary to what is needed, and that he is under the control of SNSD and Milorad Dodik, will be revealed precisely by Kojić, intentionally or not, he only praised the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

Namely, Kojić stated that he received an answer from the BiH Prosecutor's Office within the deadline to his parliamentary question regarding the numerical and percentage representation and entity place of residence of employees, but that the Court and the HJPC have not yet provided such information.

Of course, Kojić will defend Kajganić, because the latter blindly follows the revisionist project, in which through indictments against members of the Army of RBiH and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RBiH, they try to make those who attacked and those who defended themselves equally guilty.

And when the BiH Court, as in the Jošanica case, dismisses the indictment, the narrative about endangerment and discrimination begins. No one questions the fabrication of the indictment, nor the sanctions against prosecutors who, with false testimonies and without valid evidence before the Court, torment people for several years!

And Kojić does not seek national balance in a way that quality staff are hired, but rather that those who will be instructed and guided by politics sit in the chairs. Both those from Republika Srpska, and those from Serbia, who, precisely thanks to Kajganić, but also the acting prosecutor Mladen Vukojičić, managed to secure an indictment in the Dobrovoljačka case, which, as time will tell, will become a subject of study for legal experts and students. Because the amount of legal absurdity (which the Court confirmed, as the judge did not even read the indictment) is for study and scientific research.

And when the BiH Court did not allow itself the luxury of having a Dobrovoljačka 2 before the Court, and dismissed the indictment in the Jošanica case, a fuss was raised.

When we talk about politics, it is interesting how Kojić never exerted pressure for the non-filing of indictments for war crimes by Croats against Serbs, the same applies vice versa, so the question arises whether Dragan Čović and Milorad Dodik have an agreement on this issue as well, just as they are aligned regarding the policies that are leading BiH towards division.

And one does not need to be very smart to finally understand that false indictments are an introduction to a possible new conflict, all based on false materials submitted from Belgrade, which is why full support must be given to the BiH Court to reject the charges, false evidence, and witnesses who were smuggled in from Belgrade.

They did not do so for the alleged crime in “Dobrovoljačka Street”, but another such incident must not happen again.
