If the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who love this country as their homeland were sufficiently aware of what High Representative Christian Schmidt and his American boss Michael Murphy have imposed on them, it is very likely that they would have demolished the Parliament building as a preventive measure against colonial rule ever taking over the FBiH entity, and thus the state level.
Demolishing Parliament after the imposition of the Troika (SDP, NiP, NS) is a much better choice than fearing the election of HDZ cadre Marin Vukoja as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH. Almost unanimously, numerous analysts and journalists who follow this issue closely clearly emphasize that the damage the Troika will cause by electing Vukoja is irreparable compared to all other damages of this political project.
Because the Parliament building can be renovated, but Vukoja, if elected, will remain in the Constitutional Court of BiH until 2045. Thus, for a full 20 years, HDZ will have a politically loyal cadre to implement its UZP policies. There is no doubt that after the eventual election of Vukoja, Milorad Dodik will also unblock the process of electing judges from RS. In that case, by the middle of next year, Bosnia and Herzegovina will have a Constitutional Court whose composition will do everything to undermine its constitutional and state order.
In the context of increasingly loud talk about the Cyprus-ization of BiH, i.e., division along the zones of influence of Serbia and Croatia, the election of Vukoja will mark the beginning of that process, as there is no doubt that judges under the control of Dodik and the HDZ judge will be a serious obstacle to preserving the constitutional order.
At the same time, it is interesting that the US Embassy, which largely created the current government in FBiH and at the state level, is not commenting on the election of a political figure as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH through unconstitutional parliamentary procedures. That silence gives us the right to ask whether the US Embassy consciously pushed Schmidt to create an anti-democratic government without electoral legitimacy. What has been happening since the election of that government clearly shows that these accusations make sense. Nikšić's game around Vareš, the debt from the West, the talk about airports... indicate that this is a pro-American and at the same time anti-Bosnian government.
The Americans are the creators and protectors of Dayton, but they do not see the need to react to the political election of a judge of the Constitutional Court who would subordinate the Constitution from the Dayton Peace Agreement to the particular interests of another state. The fact that the US Embassy has commented ten times more on some cantonal police commissioner than on the political election of a judge of the Constitutional Court undoubtedly says a lot.
We have already written what would happen if the HJPC evaluated candidates for constitutional judge instead of selectively chosen and incompetent commission members. We have also written why the Constitutional Court of FBiH is delaying its decision on whether the sessions of the House of Representatives of FBiH are constitutional and whether the Rules of Procedure were changed contrary to the Constitution of FBiH.
There is a huge amount of doubt about the entire work of the FBiH Parliament for months, and that doubt, when it comes to the election of Vukoja, has already visibly escalated into a clear violation of norms, rules, and democracy. Despite this, there is no reaction from the key international factors in BiH - the US Embassy, the EU Delegation, and the OHR.
On the other hand, these key factors are commenting and exerting pressure for far less important processes. Not even the fact that the parliamentary majority of the House of Representatives decided to "push" Vukoju into the Constitutional Court without even waiting for the Opinion of the Venice Commission was enough for the international community to "suggest" in the old way that this should not be done.
Another question arises in the whole story. How is it that US politicians in our country are bothered when Dragan Čović tries to turn the "Southern Interconnection" project into an ethnic one, but they are not bothered when he is "stuffing" a judge into the Constitutional Court who is supposed to serve party-ethnic interests?
It is difficult to shake off the impression that this is the final realization of the plan for the Cyprus-ization of BiH, because when political followers of UZP and genocidal policies sit in the Constitutional Court, Bosnia and Herzegovina can expect its fate to be division.
The Troika is unnecessary to comment on, they have been proving for a year that they are only interested in accumulating as much as possible, because they calculate that after them, Bosnia and Herzegovina will hardly exist in its current form!?
