The cases of 'Dudaković and others', 'Čemerno', 'Dobrovoljačka', 'Jošanica' are four cases before the Court of BiH in which alleged war crimes of members of the Army of RBiH and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RBiH are being prosecuted, and cases that will, and someone will witness, be studied by lawyers worldwide as an example of fabricated indictments with a strong political undertone, involving the highest officials from civilian, through police, to military personnel who defended and protected Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Of course, there are other such cases, but I am highlighting these four specifically due to the peculiar hysteria that has gripped the media in the smaller BiH entity in recent days, and precisely because they single out these four cases as processes that are being delayed and, mind you, are 'mocking Serb victims'.
'Objective' authors do not mention the case of Mićo Kraljević, which is progressing slower than a snail, and a book could be written about the manipulations of the accused Kraljević himself, but it can never find its place in the 'analysis' of the RS media, just as you won't find a word about Milomir Savčić, accused of genocide and on the run in Serbia, but the columns are full of Sakib Mahmuljin, mocking his health!?
However, these four cases (none of them were on the A list of The Hague) are not coincidentally the subject of interest, because the leadership of Republika Srpska and Serbia wants to equate those responsible for the past aggression at all costs, and they need these four cases to wave papers at us saying we were all the same. With these four cases, they have covered the entire Bosnia geographically, they are being tried for a joint criminal enterprise, and then they are rushing with verdicts, because their witnesses are increasingly falling and becoming incredible when confronted by the defense.
And as time goes by, it becomes harder for them to remember what they need to lie about!? This statement might sound harsh, but attending one of the hearings would prove to you that I am being mild in my description.
However, the violation of the rights of the accused goes so far that the 'objective' public discusses their health condition, as well as their car movements. They are in a hurry, they would like verdicts with fabricated indictments and mostly false witnesses, and without trials.
Because it will be shown that fabrication does not pay off, they have seen this in the cases of Ramiz Dreković, Naser Orić, Dragan Vikić, Ahmet Sejdić...
But, they still need to feed the hungry people somehow, so they write for days about how someone is mocking Serb victims, because ultimately, citizens in RS could also ask themselves who is mocking the victims, the judiciary, or the masterminds of fabricated indictments. Bills come due, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
The BiH Prosecutor's Office is prosecuting the defenders of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, trying to equate the sides in the aggression, and to destroy the will for any potential future struggle.
Of course, all under the watchful eye of the international community, the same one that wasted millions on the futile reform of the judiciary. Under political pressure, specifically Serbian pressure, the BiH Prosecutor's Office has no limits when it comes to fabricated indictments. We have seen this in countless examples.
The question is, how long will the best sons of this country have to prove their innocence in the country they defended, and now they also have to endure pressure regarding the most intimate issues of human freedom.
The answer can be inferred: as long as they set up 'scrambled eggs' for us, and 'Lagumdžija' oversees their work, people will be processed arbitrarily in BiH without valid evidence, and when the court acquits them, they will orchestrate a 'shout' that the Court of BiH is Muslim. I am deliberately not writing Bosniak so that Milorad Dodik, who himself is recently defending himself against charges from the BiH Prosecutor's Office before that same Court, can understand me.
However, worse than the leadership of RS, and Serbia, which insists on these cases where executioners testify and are not held accountable for their atrocities, are the members of pro-Bosnian forces, who still cannot put two and two together and understand (precisely from these four cases) what kind of revisionism is happening to us.
They could look at Croatia for guidance. Namely, the state of Croatia stood up to protect its officers (Serbia accused them) and formed a legal team at the state level to assist the accused, as well as financial resources for their defense. That is, in a word, a STATE.
While our defenders are exposed to the whims of Dodik's and Vučić's desires to prove that there was a civil war in BiH!
Anyone who believes that The Hague has long ago established the factual situation and ruled against the aggressors should read about Dobrovoljačka, for which The Hague also made a final decision, but which is not respected in BiH. It will be clear to them that things cannot be easily left to time. Because, in BiH, there is everything except time.
