(Patria) - The FBiH Government, in addition to public enterprises from the transport and communications and energy and industry sectors, has also changed managements and management structures in other institutions, hospitals, institutes, and funds. Given that the government is formed by the 'trojka' parties with several individuals maintaining the parliamentary majority and HDZ BiH, it is clear that the first to be replaced are cadres from SDA and DF, and some cadres from SBB.
Thus, at the end of July, Zijad Krnjić, director of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund (PIO/MIP), was dismissed and Halil Subašić, a cadre of Our Party, was appointed.
HDZ cadre Veselko Čerkez remained in the position of deputy director.
The Management Board has not been changed for now and is appointed from representatives of ten cantons and representatives of the Pensioners' Union.
Regarding the Supervisory Board, Mario Nenadić was appointed president, as he was before, as well as Anita Paurić (HDZ) and Jasmina Zubić (SDP BiH), who replaced Izmir Hadžiavdić.
Vlatka Martinović was appointed acting director of the FBiH Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund until the end of December 2023. This appointment is contrary to the Law on Ministerial and Government Appointments because her acting mandate has been extended twice for three months each. Article 4 of the Law specifies: "Nominations/appointments for a shorter period are nominations or appointments for a maximum of three months that cannot be repeated." However, the FBiH Government clearly disregards legal procedures.
Zilha Ademaj was also dismissed, and Suad Bijedić was appointed acting deputy director until December 28, 2023.
Although the Environmental Protection Fund has already been written about, and the dismissed director Esad Humo has also made statements, it should be reminded that control over this Fund and its budget of several tens of millions of marks has been given to HDZ cadres.
Thus, Marijan Klaić, an HDZ cadre, was appointed director instead of Humo. HDZ cadres Mirjana Milićević and Božana Bilandžija also remained on the Management Board, and Doris Čuljak and Danijela Jurina were appointed, while the 'trojka' parties appointed Zvjezdan Karadžin, Sabnel Ridžanović, and Amir Husarić.
Almedin Aliefendić, Sead Kopić, Amra Kunovac, and Mirvad Kurić were dismissed from the previous Management Board, giving HDZ a majority on the Management Board.
A change also occurred in the Supervisory Board of the Sarajevo Film Centre, where president Ante Barilo remained, and Damir Šagolj and Timka Grin were appointed instead of Adnan Džindo and Izudin Bajrović.
A change also occurred in the Penal-Correctional Facilities. Thus, in KPZ Mostar, director Marijo Marić remained, and Edita Hadžialić was appointed acting deputy director instead of deputy director Mujo Trebović.
In KPZ Sarajevo, Faruk Zubčević was dismissed and will seek legal proceedings due to the early dismissal. Munib Isaković was appointed acting director.
Mladen Krpan remained deputy director.
In KPZ Tuzla and Zenica, deputy directors Božo Antunović and Ivica Dujmović remained in their positions. Adem Mahković was appointed head of KPZ Tuzla instead of Jasmin Omerbegović, and Rusmir Isak manages the Zenica prison instead of Redžo Kahrić.
Regarding the three clinical centers in Sarajevo, Tuzla, and Mostar, no change occurred only in Mostar.
Thus, the Management Board of KCUS was changed, and it immediately initiated the dismissal of director Sebija Izetbegović, even though she had slightly more than two months left in her second term.
Of the 11 members of the Management Board, only two members, Diana Šimjanin-Koldžo and Martina Grgić, remained from the previous Management Board. The other members are Benjamin Kulovac, Sabina Pravljak-Pajić, Anel Pindžo, Dragan Stevanović, Amela Kuskunović, Ajdin Zulić, Elvin Ćatović, Damir Šapina, and Jasmin Šutković.
A change also occurred in the Supervisory Board, although their mandate was valid until October 2026. Thus, Esad Fejzagić, Maida Galijatović, and Bogomir Barbić were appointed to the Supervisory Board.
A change was also made to the Management Board of UKC Tuzla, and the following were appointed: Nedim Salihbegović, Hajrudin Osmić, Enes Gušić, Adnan Muslimović, Dragan Piljić, Enida Nevačinović, and Božo Jurić. Jurić, Muslimović, and Gušić remained from the previous composition.
