One of the conditions that are not formal, but are desirable when electing a constitutional judge, is that they are HONORABLE. Therefore, that their intentions and actions are in line with the norms of socially acceptable behavior.

The election of a judge from the entity of FBiH to the Constitutional Court of BiH has long been dishonorable and compromised to such an extent that any candidate with honorable intentions for this position would have long been disgusted and withdrawn. The months-long political wrangling over this election has largely caused the blockage of parliamentary work, as well as the work of the FBiH Government itself.

There are no laws because the sessions are burdened by this election, and in February, there wasn't even a session of the House of Representatives, because those who prefer Marin Vukoja as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH do not want to risk the possibility that he ultimately does not get support.

Marin Vukoja, as a candidate, does not even meet the formal requirements for a constitutional judge, and after everything that has happened, there is a right to doubt his intentions as well. Because, if his intentions were honorable, today, after everything that has happened in the process of his election, it is clear that he subordinates his honor to the position and intentions of those who are trying to install him in that position in every way.

If it were not so, Vukoja would have withdrawn back when the professional community stated that he was not qualified for the position of constitutional judge. And I believe that Vukoja himself knows that he is not qualified. Likewise, I believe that it was not pleasant for Vukoja himself when it was explained who voted for him, how, and why. Many would have withdrawn at that stage or reconsidered that in the event of their election, their career would be marked and that the question would always hang over their work: "Are they acting on the instructions of those who elected them?".

The entire process of attempting to elect Marin Vukoja clearly shows that he is actually the HDZ BiH candidate for judge of the Constitutional Court, and there is no doubt that if he enters the Court, all his actions will be questioned through this fact.

Again, the fact that Vukoja is also persistent in his intention to enter the Constitutional Court of BiH through such a process and with the sponsorship of the HDZ, provides an answer to the question of what Vukoja's intentions are.

Although he is not qualified to be a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Vukoja is quite qualified to understand and know what the HDZ will expect from him the moment he sits on the judge's chair.

And whoever knows all this, and still persists, it is quite clear that he does not have honorable intentions, given that the HDZ's intentions towards Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state and society have long been dishonorable.

Consciously entering into a kind of debt bondage to the HDZ from the position of a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH says enough about who and what kind of candidate Marin Vukoja is!
