The whole country has its eyes on Novalić and others, while criminal Bajramović (NiP) controls processes in USK from his gifted freedom

And while the race of media hooked through various underground pipes to American dollars from "benevolent missionaries of democracy" is underway to quickly oust the former Prime Minister of FBiH, Fadil Novalić, to prison, no one, not even those media outlets, is paying attention to the fact that criminals are walking free in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and moreover, powerful figures from the shadows who control political processes.

Halil Bajramović, a prominent figure from the Krajina region of the esteemed political entity People and Justice, was convicted by the Cantonal Court in Bihać on November 8, 2023, and the Supreme Court of the Federation confirmed the verdict at the end of December 2023. Bajramović was found guilty of deception in granting loans or other benefits and was sentenced to three years in prison.

It is interesting that despite the verdict handed down at the end of last year, Bajramović has not yet begun serving his sentence, and this does not concern the BiH public as much as the imprisonment of Novalić, who was convicted at the end of January.

Sulejman Samardžić, former advisor in the Government of USK, addressed the Municipal Court in Bihać with a request for information as to why Bajramović is still at large, noting that Bajramović, as a convicted criminal, operates from the shadows as the "alpha and omega of the new government in USK, which includes SDA and Bajramović's NiP, among others".

The Municipal Court responded to Samardžić: "After checking the court records, it was determined that the convicted person Halil Bajramović applied to this court on February 2, 2024, with a request for postponement of the execution of the prison sentence. By the decision of this court, number: 17 0 K 133015 24 Iks of February 7, 2024, the convicted person Halil Bajramović's prison sentence start has been postponed until Tuesday, May 7, 2024, for reasons prescribed by the provisions of Article 27, Paragraph 1, Point 4 of the Law on Execution of Criminal Sanctions in FBiH”.

Therefore, Halil Bajramović's trip to prison can be postponed for up to three months, while when Fadil Novalić, Fikret Hodžić, and Fahrudin Solak request a postponement, all hell breaks loose to send them behind bars as soon as possible. This is because Bajramović is a man from an American project whose actions are compatible with the media projects funded by those dollars mentioned at the beginning of the article.

Furthermore, the case that there are few coincidences and too many dangerous coincidences in the space and narratives created by legal mercenaries is also evident in the fact that Bajramović's mandate as a representative in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH was not even discussed until the discussion about revoking Fadil Novalić's mandate began. We remind you that Bajramović was legally convicted a month earlier. Because of this, Bajramović, as a convicted criminal, could have been or was the deciding vote in the House of Representatives of FBiH, controlled by HDZ and the Trojka.

Can we then conclude, as Samardžić also mentions in his address to the Court, that the judiciary is now publicly and evidently colluding not only with politics but also with criminals.

“We are aware of the situation that Halil Bajramović unilaterally acts as the 'alpha and omega' of the political scene in USK, coordinating political trading, abuse of office, and political corruption, and through various blackmail, he transfers representatives in the USK Assembly from one political entity to another, as is the case with Jasmin Hušić, a representative of NS who moved to NiP after not receiving central approval to support the new USK Government in a coalition consisting of SDA, SDP, NiP, and POMAK, as well as the case of Šuhret Fazlić, who was also a POMAK representative and moved to NiP,” states Samardžić in his address to the Municipal Court.

Samardžić also notes that information is appearing in the public space of USK that Halil Bajramović, using his political influence, has "postponed" serving his sentence at the request of the Municipal Court in Bihać.

“And given this, I ask you to provide me with information on whether Halil Bajramović has been sent to serve his sentence and, if not, what is the reason? Knowing as a former advisor in the Government of USK that Dragana Bajrić, the secretary of the USK Assembly, is also the wife of the president of the Municipal Court, Aladin Bajrić, it would not be good to abuse public functions in such a way to preserve any political coalition and prevent the execution of court sentences,” says Samardžić, among other things, in his address to the court.

Ultimately, while at liberty, Bajramović, as a politically active cadre of Elmedin Konaković's People and Justice party, will largely decide on life in general and the quality of life of USK residents, and if it weren't for the Novalić case, he would also decide on the citizens of the Federation, despite being convicted.

The fact that there have been issues in the relationship between the judiciary and politics before cannot negate the increasingly strong impression that the current administrations, carried by the American wind in their sails, are adapting the system to a political mafia, all for the needs of those who installed them to carry out the tasks they receive.

Because Bajramović was convicted in December and will go to prison in May. Fikret Hodžić is already in prison, and he was convicted in February.
