The blockade of state institutions, initiated by the RS party members late July, including the BiH Council of Ministers, has resulted in more than 500 pending points.
The appointment of the Board for Complaints of Police Officers has been awaited for months, which is why there has been no decision on the complaints of candidates on the published list of 150 cadets in the BP BiH since September. The GP expressed hope that the Board will make decisions so that the procedure can be completed.
The law was published in the RS Official Gazette at the end of 2021 and will enter into force in six months.
Also, for months now, the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH has been asking the Council of Ministers to resume jobs, and this is a revenue-generating institution. Instead of strengthening the state agency, the RS authorities have asked the NSRS to adopt an entity law that allows for the establishment of its own agency. The law was adopted in late October.
While BiH is in one of the biggest crises since the war, and is entering times of uncertainty that the EU and the US have warned about, as well as international creditors who are ready to approve funds for infrastructure, with these blockades, all projects come into question.
