(Patria) - Ivan Vuković, former mayor of Podgorica and current DPS representative in the Parliament of Montenegro, stated that for him, anyone who claims that war criminals Ratko Mladić and Radovan Karadžić are heroes is a fascist.
"As far as I'm concerned, anyone who says that the Serbian people or any other people under the sun are genocidal is a fascist," Vuković said.

He emphasized that he was in Srebrenica last year, and it took him three days to recover after everything he saw.
"So, after all that, if someone says that Karadžić and Mladić are heroes, they are a fascist to me, a fascist, let's be clear about that. It wasn't just prisoners of war who suffered there, but also civilians and children and women and the elderly, be careful when you talk about it," he said.
