Vučić concerned: Our country is attacked from the outside and from within

(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić began a two-day visit to the Rasina District in Ćićevac, southern Serbia, where he is talking with citizens in the National Library building.

"I came to listen to you, to tell me what your problems are. It is important for me that the people know that I hear them and that I will do everything to improve their quality of life," Vučić wrote on Instagram.

He began touring Serbian cities amid student protests demanding political and criminal accountability for the deaths of 15 people in the collapse of a concrete canopy at the Novi Sad Railway Station on November 1.

He started his visit to the Rasina District on the day Belgrade students are walking to Novi Sad on a protest march to join their Novi Sad colleagues in blocking bridges on February 1. They will mark three months since the tragedy at the Novi Sad Railway Station with this action.

"Dear friends, I just want to tell you that our country is attacked from the outside and from within, and we will know how to fight. We will seek conversation and dialogue, but we will know how to preserve the country, we will defend the state, and Serbia will move forward," Vučić added on Instagram.
