Vučić: You cannot defeat Serbia with violence, I will not sign pardons

(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić addressed the public today at a press conference.

- Serbia has won and you cannot defeat Serbia with violence. Serbia has not and never will stop - stated Vučić.

According to him, the announcement "you have the green light" at the end of yesterday's protest in Belgrade is a direct call for civil conflict and attacks on the police.

- I demand that the competent prosecutor's offices do their job, that they do not pretend to be ignorant or naive. The time for accountability, dear citizens, is coming - announced Vučić.

He said that he will not sign pardons or any amnesty from the continuation of criminal prosecution of those he had warned for some time not to participate in violence.

He also noted that he will make a fair distinction between the students of the Faculty of Architecture who withdrew and said they would not participate in violence.

- We have not stopped with foreign investments either, but they are 46 percent lower due to blockades. If God helps with rain for agriculture, during the summer we will be able to go with a growth rate of 3.5 percent - stated Vučić in his address at the Palace of Serbia.
