
(Patria) - The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, discussed the region's energy security in Belgrade with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
In a social media post, Vučić stated that he and Orbán, along with Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, are considering current geopolitical and regional issues, as well as strengthening cooperation between their countries to find solutions to newly emerged challenges.
"Our focus is on the implementation of infrastructure projects and energy security, considering the strategic importance of our countries as key energy corridors in the region," he stated.
He described the relations between Serbia and Hungary as an example of "how stability and prosperity can be built through sincere friendship and strategic partnership."
