(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated that he hopes the judges in Sarajevo will deliver an acquittal for RS President Milorad Dodik, because "anything else leads to uncertainty".
If it turns out otherwise, Vučić expressed his fear that "we are all in trouble", and hopes that "there will be enough reason in Sarajevo".
- Anything else leads us to uncertainty and leads us, I hope, not to something that we cannot prevent with wise action.
I did not understand at all why someone is being prosecuted for verbal offense or for a different political opinion. This is neither appropriate nor normal in the 21st century - Vučić believes.
He assesses the legal prosecution against Dodik as very bad and adds that it is a real political adventure and irresponsibility.
He hopes, he says, that there will be enough reason in Sarajevo because the overall legal prosecution of Dodik and the acting director of the "Official Gazette of RS" Miloš Lukić is "absolutely senseless".
Vučić points out that this problem exists "not only to prosecute Dodik and Lukić for a completely unknown reason, but to send a clear signal to RS".
- These are things that are completely unacceptable, but let's wait and see how everything ends. I hope there will be enough reason. I would welcome an acquittal with enthusiasm - Vučić added.
