Vučić criticized Schmidt for blocking SNSD's finances: This is imposing the will of one man

(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated today in Tirana that the situation in BiH is not good and that stopping the flow of money to Milorad Dodik's party and his coalition partners represents stopping democratic processes and imposing the will of one man.

"I fear that the situation in BiH is not good, I would say it is more a question for the people in BiH. Željka Cvijanović will be here soon, so you can ask her. This is not something that will bring good to anyone in BiH," Vučić said in Tirana, adding: "This is a kind of stopping of democratic processes and imposing the will of one man, which is certainly not good".

The OHR announced that all payments of budget funds for financing the political parties SNSD and United Srpska in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, cantonal assemblies, city and municipal councils/assemblies, and in the Assembly of Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been suspended, in accordance with the decision of the High Representative of April 24, 2025.

State representative Nebojša Radmanović confirmed today that SNSD has been left without budget funds.

"This is a certain problem, but SNSD is a large political organization with many sympathizers, and we will overcome it," Radmanović said briefly.

Schmidt made the decision to support the efforts of BiH institutions to counter "current flagrant attacks by the ruling coalition, led by SNSD and US, on the fundamental principles of the Constitution".
