Vučić: Who asks Slovenes about anything, I won't flatter like some

(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić spoke about the situation in that country, as well as about developments in the region and Europe.

He commented on the threats from European representatives that funds would be withheld from Serbia, asking "do citizens know what these people stand for."

He said that the opposition in Serbia, together with Europe, advocates for an independent Kosovo, and that he is "too old to be re-educated by people like these."

- But for them it is normal, and not violence, when they form military alliances with Croatia to intervene in Kosovo and BiH. They say they have a responsibility. So who asks you Slovenes about anything? Do you think I will flatter them like those in Montenegro? If you want such a president in Serbia, you will have the opportunity to elect him in a year. To elect a president who listens to Severina, who doesn't want to offend our neighbors, and so on - said Vučić.

He points out that many media outlets wrote that the parade in Croatia was wonderful, "while for the Serbian Army parade they will write that Vučić is threatening war."

- We have been hearing this for three and a half years, since the war in Ukraine began. And we are supposed to play dumb while they form secret alliances with Pristina - said Vučić, reports Pobjeda.
