(Patria) - The Privatization Agency of the Federation of BiH intends to sell the property Vila “Bosanka” owned by the Railways of the Federation of BiH, located in an attractive location in Gradac in the Republic of Croatia.
The Agency is requesting the Railways of FBiH to provide, as soon as possible, a power of attorney for the property Vila “Bosanka” to authorize the director and deputy director of the Agency to sign the sales contract, writes Istraga.ba.
The Government of the Federation of BiH already in 2014 gave its consent to the Privatization Agency to sell the Vila “Bosanka” facility, during the mandate of the current Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić. However, the plan was not realized at that time.
Vila “Bosanka” is located on an area of 336 square meters with associated land of 664 square meters.
The facility consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor, and is built on a rocky part directly on the seashore, 1.3 km from the center of the settlement. The building was constructed in 1952 and was intended for workers' rest. There are 9 rooms spread across two floors: the ground floor and the first floor.
In 2016, the Agency estimated the value of the facility at 342,200 euros. At that time, it concluded that the facility is located in a spatially favorable and attractive location.
