(Patria) - Following a one-day boycott of stores in Croatia, where retail chains earned almost half less compared to usual days - a new campaign by the platform "Halo, inspektore" (Hello, Inspector) began today.
Citizens are called upon to refrain from shopping at three international retail chains - Lidl, Eurospin, and DM - for seven days starting today.
At the same time, a boycott of three overpriced products in all stores is called for - carbonated drinks, water, and detergent.
Tomorrow, Friday, January 31st, citizens are called upon not to buy anything at all. The boycott tomorrow should include payment transactions, catering services, accommodation, transportation, and delivery.
