
(Patria) - The Government of Montenegro, at its telephone session this evening, decided to declare Thursday, November 6, a Day of Mourning following the tragedy at the Home for the Elderly in Tuzla.
The decision was made based on the obtained consent of the majority of members.
"On the day of mourning, in accordance with the Law on State Symbols and Statehood Day, flags will be flown at half-mast on all state authority buildings, local self-government buildings, and public institutions.
In accordance with the decision, no public, cultural, or entertainment programs will be held in public places on the day of mourning, and no music will be broadcast in catering establishments.
Electronic and other media are obliged to adapt their program content to mark the day of mourning," announced the Government of Montenegro.
The President and members of the Government expressed their deepest condolences to the families of the victims, the Mayor of Tuzla Zijad Lugavić and his fellow citizens, as well as the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana Krišto and all citizens of BiH.
