
(Patria) - The Montenegrin Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation has initiated the procedure to create conditions for the installation of video surveillance in all primary and secondary schools in Montenegro.
Activities on this project have been launched in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Personal Data Protection Agency.
Draft regulations and other necessary documentation have been prepared, all with the aim of ensuring an adequate level of safety for students and employees and protecting state property.
The aforementioned draft regulations and documentation, including the Instructions for the introduction of the video surveillance system, i.e., the steps that need to be taken for the lawful use and installation of this system, have been forwarded by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation to all primary and secondary schools for further action.
