The US Secretary of State, who is not, has given consent to the non-paper as a peace and peaceful agreement that cannot be. Approximately and in short, that's what the story about the famous paper that pops out of a magic lamp and is supposed to bring solutions to the multi-decade or even centuries-old problems of the Western Balkans could be reduced to.
Imagine that!
Anyway, the new non-paper, since it saw the light of day on the pages of Sarajevo's Slobodna Bosna, hasn't really entered the public space and interest much. Anyone who remembers Janša's paper knows that sparks flew everywhere then. The fact that no one actually knows whose proposal it is yet has contributed to the ignorance of this American-European-Balkan non-paper. The source that published it says they know the names, and we can only guess why they didn't publish them?!
So, some shadows who don't want their names known have offered solutions that should define our future. Isn't that enough to arouse suspicion?
State and global problems have always been solved by visionaries, statesmen, and rarely or never by shadows with initiatives. Especially not by shadows that resemble Elon Musk's space link satellites, which orbit the Western Balkans from a safe distance, but still manage to transmit signals.
Shadows over the Western Balkans
And the content of the non-paper, which is supposed to serve as the skeleton of the agenda for a conference on peace and cooperation, is, to put it mildly, hollow, so even if this shadow ball were to take place, it wouldn't solve anything significant.
SB states that the content envisages: “Signing of an agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Kosovo on full normalization of relations according to the Franco-German-EU plan, which implies the de facto recognition of the Republic of Kosovo by the Republic of Serbia and the formation of the Community of Municipalities with a Serbian majority in northern Kosovo, by the Republic of Kosovo.
Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and BiH on repealing the „Declaration on the Protection of National and Political Rights and the Common Future of the Serbian People“ with full respect for the Dayton Agreement and the political sovereignty of BiH. Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Montenegro on the permanent suspension of the Law on Dual Citizenship of the Republic of Montenegro. Joint Agreement on preserving and respecting territorial integrity and sovereignty (Serbia, BiH, Kosovo, and Montenegro) and Agreement on submitting a joint candidacy for NATO membership (Serbia, BiH, and Kosovo) while taking all necessary steps and measures towards an accelerated EU accession process”.
Shadows at a safe distance from the Western Balkans have thus imagined that Albin Kurti would agree to have a ‘Republika Srpska’ in the north of the country in order for Serbia to recognize him. Therefore, Pristina would have to agree to the usurpation of its territory to gain recognition from the state of Serbia, which would then be able to use this extraterritorial space to undermine the Republic of Kosovo. Because, if the shadows knew, which they don't, and they don't know because they've been too far away for too long, the Greater Serbia project is not a matter of daily politics, but an agenda drawn long and deep. And no agreement or recognition will solve that, especially not if northern Kosovo gets the opportunity to consider secession in a decade or two.
And look what else the shadows have devised for Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are supposed to make peace with Serbia so that Serbia can throw away the used toilet paper (some declaration) where it belongs. As if that should even be negotiated?! Another absurdity, which has become more notorious after clarification, is that in the same agreement, Serbia undertakes to respect, pay attention now: “The Dayton Peace Agreement and the political sovereignty of BiH”. So, Rubio who is not, and the shadows over the Western Balkans want to sign an agreement that obligates Serbia to respect an agreement that it has already signed long ago?!
Serbian World on the Backs of Greedy Politicians
Cocaine fever has been shaking America for a long time, and it seems that our local elites are not immune either. Because, only in drug-induced hallucinations can one propose signing a peace and reconciliation agreement with someone who has already signed a peace agreement! It's too much, whoever it's from.
Furthermore, signing an agreement to respect an agreement means that Bosnia and Herzegovina remains in the Dayton arrangement, which in turn means that entities and cantons continue to exist. Or, gentlemen shadows, are you telling us to agree that Banja Luka remains a secessionist stronghold, only we should believe that because of your agreement, Serbia will not help Banja Luka? Or, that special and parallel relationships remain as serious restraints, but there is no dirty toilet paper called the all-Serbian declaration.
I declare under full criminal and material responsibility that any political leader from Sarajevo who dares to even think about, let alone sign, the agreement that the shadows are proposing to us should be incapacitated!
Montenegro is in serious trouble, because the shadow thinkers are clairvoyant and predict for the peace conference (planned for next year) an agreement with Serbia on the abolition of a law that has not even been adopted yet! The non-paper shadows have also figured out to put Serbia, BiH, and Kosovo in the same interstate basket on the NATO path and add a faster track to the EU. What about the rule of law, what about European values, nothing? It's just important that we are together, something like Open B?!
So, in essence, fog from which some Serbian-American-European-energy world emerges! In short, agreements of everyone with everyone would mean that Serbia renounces the myth of the “heart of Serbia” and dirty toilet paper, Kosovo would give up part of its territory for Belgrade's recognition of independence, even though the serious world has recognized it. Bosnia and Herzegovina, in exchange for dirty toilet paper, should believe that Serbia will respect an agreement that it does not respect now. Europe would get a submissive, lithium-rich space, and Washington would gain additional mechanisms for outsmarting Russian-Chinese enemies. The justification of the non-paper is not even worth analyzing, because a first-year high school student would dismantle it.
Bogdanović, you white wolf
But the explanation of the first shadow that “miraculously” appeared as a co-author of the non-paper gives new meaning to meaninglessness. Among the shadows is the Belgrade dissident and economist Boban Bogdanović, who is still recovering somewhere from the pleasant shock because Slobodna Bosna discovered that he is precisely “one of them,” even though the media wrote at the time of publication that all the names of the shadows were known to them.
And who is Boban Bogdanović? The only truth in this dissident's ballad is that he fled Serbia, but Sarajevo media, among the publications about the dissident, omitted to mention that in Serbia he was a friend of Aleksandar Gligorijević Puka, a member of the Belivuk group. And Puka told Bogdanović the story of Oliver Ivanović's murder, so he quickly passed it on to the media. Then he supplemented or changed it, and fled from the criminal hell of Serbia under the protection of Switzerland, France, and Great Britain. He himself admitted in an interview for Slobodna Bosna that he only started using a phone and the internet sometime in April of this year.
And look at him now! In November, he is already a co-author of a non-paper that decides the fate of the Western Balkans.
And Boban is again on the covers of Slobodna, and in his explanation, he continues where he left off in the non-paper: “It is simply unsustainable. Such a system is impossible to maintain because competencies overlap and the political apparatus is sluggish and dysfunctional. Bosnia and Herzegovina must move forward with a new, modern state arrangement.” So, Boban will ensure that we move forward by Serbia confirming through an agreement on an agreement that it will adhere to Dayton, for whose arrangement of Bosnia Boban says it is a disaster, but he wants to confirm it with a new agreement.
The depth of Boban Bogdanović's ignorance hole, caused by abstinence from the internet, is serious. Although not quoted, it is quite clear that he is the source who revealed to Slobodna Bosna that after the agreement created by the shadows over the Western Balkans, “Serbia will abandon the policy of the ‘Serbian world’ and the creation of ‘Greater Serbia’, recognize the genocide in Srebrenica, and withdraw the document from the so-called ‘All-Serbian Assembly’. Neither will Serbia abandon the Serbian world because of the absurdity organized by an author with a pedigree of the fan-criminal milieu, nor is it important whether Serbia will recognize the genocide in Srebrenica, which was ruled by the International Court of Justice in The Hague, and elevated to a higher level by the UN General Assembly.
And if you read more closely, the most serious association you can connect the hullabaloo around the non-paper from that world with is Vojin Mijatović, an SDP federal dissident from RS and Dodik's SNSD.
Only this time the story has been raised to an international level, because Sarajevo loves Western glitter and the society of spectacle, hence the ballad about the dissident from Vučić's regime and the co-author of the magic wand that will turn us into Scandinavia.
And you see, Vojin also loved Scandinavia, America, Bosnia, SDP, and now, thanks to the very visible magicians Christian Schmidt and Michael Murphy, he publicly helps the space from which he emigrated.
There is no fundamental difference, only that Boban, unlike Vojin, can have his nose stretched further, because the lie this time must be far more convincing.
Otherwise, it is difficult even for a half-witted person to explain how a face from the streets of Belgrade, a friend of Belivuk's murderers, a comrade of fan groups, came to the protection of three European countries, and then, hidden in some darkness without the internet, devised a solution for the Western Balkans. Washington, we’ve got a problem — Hollywood’s getting jealous.
