(Patria) - The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Serbia announced today that a US citizen with initials A.M.M. (36) was arrested in Belgrade.
In yesterday's announcement, the MUP stated that the arrested person is suspected of illegal possession, carrying, production, and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials.
"The police found a pistol and a magazine with six corresponding bullets on the suspect, in the bag he was carrying," the MUP announced.
It is added that the suspect has been detained for up to 48 hours and will be brought before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade with a criminal complaint.
