(Patria) - As RTCG portal learns, Matija Šarkić (26), goalkeeper of the Montenegrin national team, fell ill in his apartment in Budva. His friends immediately called an ambulance, but unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done.
Šarkić delighted the Montenegrin public ten days ago with his brilliant saves in the match against Belgium. It seemed that the "Brave Falcons" had found a goalkeeper for the next decade, but premature death intervened.
The police are on the scene, investigating all circumstances, but it is most likely a natural death.
